For physiotherapy at Via Physio Mitte a prescription (Rezept) may be needed depending on your insurance, or you can come as a private patient. Coaching and training never need one.
Physiotherapy is medical treatment for an existing injury, booked through Via Physio Mitte on Doctolib. Coaching is for dancers who aren’t necessarily injured but want to improve technique, build strength and stamina, or prevent injuries before they happen. It’s available in person or online.
Yes. A large part of my work is prevention and performance: improving movement efficiency, building the physical capacity dance demands, and catching small issues before they become injuries.
Yes. Movement coaching and training guidance are available online as well as in person in Berlin.
Sessions are available in English, German and Swedish.
Yes. Alongside individual coaching and treatment, I run workshops and classes for dance companies, schools and teachers, covering dance medicine, athlete training and evidence-based training principles.
Yes, pre-professional students are very welcome. For dancers under 18, a parent or guardian joins the first appointment.
It depends on the injury, your training load and your performance calendar. After your first appointment you get a realistic return-to-dance timeline, and we adjust it as you progress.
